I did have a slightly better outfit planned for today. However, the key component (a plaid blazer) is a bit tight and it made me feel uncomfortable. So I threw on a t-shirt and sweater instead. I tried to make it more interesting by putting on a necklace and bright shoes but I think it just looks random instead. And thus you see an outfit that is typical of my default "style" - random and a little boring.
The only reason I'm even showing it to you is that I am avoiding doing my job right now.

No but see, this is the outfit I aspire to every day. I just wear the schlumpier version. New jeans are definitely in order for me.

Well, thanks. But I tend toward that outfit you have on, but without the awesome necklace and shoes. Or there are days like today, when I wear what might be a "boyfriend" cardigan but also might be a "grandpa" cardigan. You know?
