I love this top/tunic but I don't wear it often because the sleeves are a little snug. I've noticed this in other shirts as well. While I have had issues with my body size - I have never considered my arms too big (too flabby - yes, too big no). And yet I find shirts increasingly getting smaller in the arms while remaining the same in the bust and waist. Is it just me? Probably.

It's not just you. I recently donated a pretty elbow-length shirt for the same reason. I'd even taken it to a tailor to see if it could be altered, and it could but for a steep price!
I don't have flabby arms at all. And from the picture above you don't either.
