I tried to write something funny or insightful about this outfit but I just don't have it in me today. I'll do better tomorrow. I hope.

Transitions

I had hoped to clean out my closet this weekend in preparation for fall. As is usually the case in these things, I got as far as sorting out one rack and one drawer before giving up and settling down with a beer and Perry Mason movie marathon. I DID however finally go to the thrift store to donate the four large bags of clothing that have been sitting in my garage for months.

Built for Comfort Not for Speed

After a long absence this dress has made a return to regular rotation. I purchased this more than 10 years ago and last wore it at my law school graduation. Because it is mesh it stretches to a variety of sizes which makes it both practical and comfortable.

Comfortably Tight

This weekend, my sister and I discussed tight clothing. She maintained that all tight clothing was uncomfortable, while I opined there was a distinction between tight clothes and clothes that were too tight. This skirt is exhibit A. Tight but not too tight. In fact it is quite comfortable.

Navy and Lime

I need to learn how to use Photoshop so I can start taking the wrinkles out of my knees. They ruin what would otherwise be a cute outfit.
